Can you please help me understand what this is?

Отвечает врач:

What you’re describing appears to be milia (milium cysts) on the penis. Milia are small, harmless, white or yellowish bumps that occur when keratin becomes trapped beneath the surface of the skin. They are not a sign of infection, disease, or any serious condition, and they do not pose any health risks.

Typically, milia do not require treatment, as they are purely a cosmetic concern. If their appearance bothers you, they can be removed for aesthetic purposes through minor dermatological procedures, such as laser treatment, chemical exfoliation, or manual extraction performed by a professional.

It’s important to avoid trying to remove them yourself, as improper handling can lead to irritation, scarring, or infection. If you’re interested in removal or have concerns, consult a dermatologist or urologist who can safely address the issue.

What are these things in my vagina?

Отвечает врач:

It is most likely milia – small white or yellowish spots that are clusters of sebum trapped under the skin. They often occur due to blocked sebaceous glands and are usually harmless.

What to do:

  1. Do not try to squeeze them out yourself to avoid irritation or infection.
  2. Maintain proper intimate hygiene, but avoid using aggressive cleansing products.
  3. If the milia cause discomfort or do not go away, consult a gynecologist or dermatologist for an examination and, if necessary, removal.

This condition typically does not require treatment, but a specialist consultation will help rule out other potential causes.
